"Congratulations on achieving the rank of Life Scout! This is a significant milestone, and you've demonstrated tremendous dedication and skill to reach this point. As your Scoutmaster, I'm incredibly proud of your accomplishments.

Now, as you look ahead, remember that you're within reach of the highest honor in Scouting: Eagle Scout. This is your chance to solidify your leadership, refine your skills, and leave a lasting impact through your Eagle project. Focus on completing your remaining requirements, and don't hesitate to lean on your fellow Scouts and adult leaders for support. We're all here to help you finish this incredible journey.

As you begin to plan your Eagle Project, you may choose to have an Eagle Project Coach to help guide you through the process. Additionally, you may also choose to have an Eagle Mentor, who can help guide and support you through all of your remaining requirements. Remember, these mentors or coaches should be adults other than your parents, to allow for a different perspective and to encourage your independence. They can provide valuable insight and support as you navigate the final steps towards your Eagle Scout rank.

Keep that same spirit and determination you've shown so far, and I have no doubt you'll achieve your goal. We're excited to see you soar!"
